From mundane to Magical

Today, I brought my oldest child to work. What I expected to be a routine day turned into an adventure, all thanks to her perspective.

The clothes-drying room? A marvel of technology.
Running between buildings in the rain? An exhilarating sprint together.
Sparkling water on tap? Pure magic.
Beeping ourselves into the office? A fun adventure!

Everything we encountered was a source of joy and wonder for her. And in turn, her enthusiasm shifted my own perspective.

It’s easy to become numb to our surroundings, to see the everyday as mundane. But children have this incredible ability to see the extraordinary in what we consider routine.

Our environments are filled with potential for joy and discovery. We just need to look at them with fresh eyes.

Today, my daughter didn’t just visit my workplace;
she helped me rediscover it.
